great staff ready to accommodate your needs when you need a comfortable stay close to the hospital

Wonderful staff, great location for hospital visits.

Location made it easy to access local attractions. The room had a functional fridge, allowing us to store snacks and drinks. Pool area provided a nice spot to relax after a day out. However, the room cleanliness was below expectations. There were hairs on the towels and toothpaste residue in the bathroom. The air conditioning unit could use some maintenance. Breakfast selection was limited, lacking variety. I had to approach the staff about the issues, which they somewhat addressed but did not fully resolve. A more thorough cleaning is definitely needed in common areas.

We really enjoyed our visit to the Augusta National Golf Course nearby. It was an unforgettable experience walking around such a prestigious location. The hotel was comfortable, and we loved exploring the area with my girlfriend. The convenience of nearby attractions made our stay even better.

For dads, it would be great if the cleaning service improved. There were some cleanliness issues in our room that made us uneasy during our stay.

Okay listen, they gave me a first floor room when I needed that because I’m handicapped and had a surgery coming up. Major props for that, it really helped me out in a tough situation.

Now, it wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for the circumstances.
